Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy and energetic team for an initial period of 6 weeks to 3 months, with the possibility of extension. You'll be the first point of contact for customers with general inquiries about their car loans, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building rapport with diverse customers.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling general customer inquiries regarding car loans via phone.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with every interaction.
  • Working efficiently in a high-volume call centre environment to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team to ensure customer satisfaction

Your skills and experience

  • Prior experience working in a call centre environment is a must.
  • A proven ability to comfortably build rapport and provide exceptional service to customers.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume setting, consistently meeting KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to start as soon as possible.
  • Working Holiday Visa holders are highly encouraged to apply!
